The ME/CFS Assistant has been built to help the day to day lives of people with ME/CFS. The system consists of an Android app that lets users track all aspects of their care including treatments, symptoms, activity and food intake. This allows users to use tools on the web site to look for trends and what might be causing those trends in their symptoms. The system also includes an exercise pacing module (Coming November 2014) that encourages rest breaks and limited activity based on fatigue symptom levels. A free user account on the web site www.me-cfs.org is required to use this app.
